Can I visit you in person?
Yes! We have a physical store located in Yankalilla on the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula. You're always welcome to come in and see us. Our online store also allows us to serve pet lovers across Australia.
Are your products suitable for all breeds?
We stock products suitable for a wide range of breeds and sizes. If you're unsure whether a product is right for your pet, feel free to get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
Shipping
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes! We ship to all states and territories across Australia. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location:
- South Australia (Metro): 2–4 business days
- Interstate (Metro): 3–7 business days
- Regional & Remote Australia: 5–10 business days
Please note that some products are fulfilled directly by our suppliers, which may affect delivery times. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout. Heavier items such as large bags of dog food will incur higher shipping costs. You'll see the exact shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue with your order.
Do you accept change of mind returns?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We encourage you to check product details carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product before buying, please don't hesitate to reach out — we're happy to help you make the right choice for your pet.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
