Orders are usually dispatched sooner where possible. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, and we will do our best to keep you updated.

We use trusted Australian courier services to deliver your orders safely.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Adelaide Metro / South Australia: 1–3 business days
  • Interstate (East Coast & other states): 3–7 business days
  • Regional & remote areas: 5–10 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier and location.

Some products are held in our store and shipped directly from Fleurieu Pet Pantry.

  • Dispatched within 1–3 business days
  • Packed and shipped from our store
  • Fastest delivery option available

🟡 Supplier-Shipped (Drop Shipped) Items

Some products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers.

  • May take 1–5 business days to dispatch
  • May ship separately if your order contains multiple items
  • Tracking information may come directly from the supplier or courier partner

We work closely with our suppliers to ensure all orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible.


📦 Multiple Shipments

If your order contains both stocked and supplier-shipped items, they may arrive in separate parcels and at different times.


❄️ Frozen / Perishable Items (if applicable)

Frozen or perishable pet food is carefully packed to help maintain product quality during transit.

  • We recommend express shipping where available
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive delivery
  • We are not responsible for thawing or spoilage once delivery has been completed

📍 Click & Collect (if offered)

We offer free local pickup from Fleurieu Pet Pantry.

  • Orders are usually ready within 24 hours
  • You will receive a notification when your order is ready

📦 Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact us:

📍 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
