🔄 Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


📦 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and unworn
  • In original packaging
  • With proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


🟢 Stocked & Supplier-Shipped Items

Some items are fulfilled directly from our store, while others may be shipped directly from our trusted suppliers.

Depending on the item, return instructions and return address may vary. Full instructions will be provided when your return is approved.


⚠️ Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will assess the issue and work to resolve it in line with Australian Consumer Law.


🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as pet food and frozen products)
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

We do not accept returns for change of mind on perishable goods.


🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to:

  1. Return your original item (if eligible)
  2. Once approved, place a new order for the replacement

🇪🇺 European Union Cooling-Off Period

If goods are shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.
